- 75.00 per night/per room, double occupancy. Weekly Rate: 450.00 (one night free) Includes 13% Costa Rican Hotel Tax
- 65.00 per night/per room, single occupancy. Weekly Rate: 390.00 (one night free) Includes 13% Costa Rican Hotel Tax
Entire facility rental is available on a daily, weekend or weekly basis. Includes 13% Costa Rican Hotel Tax. (Please contact management for more details on pricing for longer stays). When a reservation is made 50% of the total room amount is due. Balance is due at check-in. All prices include a full breakfast and afternoon refreshments.
Payment: In Costa Rica, deposits can be paid to our Costa Rican corporate bank account. International deposits are accepted by PayPal only. Regrettably, we do not accept credit cards, checks or traveler’s checks.
Cancellations: Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to stay for a refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit. If we are able to rebook the room(s) you will receive a full refund.
Policies
Check-In: Our check-in is between 3 PM and 8 PM. We will endeavor to accommodate you, however, please consider that we are not like a hotel and do not have 24-hour check-in. Please prearrange arrivals outside our normal hours.
Check Out: By 11 a.m. the day of departure.
Early Arrivals: Early arrivals are welcome with prior notice only. Please arrange this when you are making your reservations.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late just give us a call.
Smoking: A completely non-smoking property including restaurant, veranda, balcony and hot tub areas. We have a long driveway and you can, of course, take a stroll and light up.
Non-Registered Guests: Rooms are for registered guests only, however, nonregistered guests and guests of guests are welcome to stop by for dinner, enjoy the espresso bar and patio. Common areas of the Inn including the library, living room, music room are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
Keys: Guests receive a front door, a room key, and a gate key permitting guests to come and go as they please. Please be respectful of other guests when coming in late.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Rooms: We currently have 5 rooms available, our rooms can accommodate only two people.
Children: Upon arrangement
Operating Season: We are currently open during the dry season.
Accessibility: Regrettably the B&B is not wheelchair accessible.
Amenities & Services
Breakfast: Fresh organic coffee, a selection of local teas and freshly baked goods are ready at 6:00 am. While we are happy to accommodate schedules, a full gourmet style breakfast is generally served at 8:00 in the breakfast nook with beautiful views overlooking the valley. (Please let us know any Special Dietary Requirements when reservation is made).
Afternoon Coffee: While coffee is available throughout the day, afternoon tea/coffee with in-house freshly baked goods is served at 4:00 pm every afternoon.
Pizza Oven: Enjoy wood-fired pizza with your traveling companions at Angel Valley. With advance notice, pizza evenings can be arranged for small groups. Our popular Pizza Nite has a new format and will now be on a week to week bases. Please call ahead to book a private party or join a scheduled pizza night and we will set a place for you.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is surrounded by lush vegetation on 3 sides which creates a natural privacy screen and is the perfect place to start your morning or end your day. John Audobon once described the hummingbird as a “glittering fragment of the rainbow”. Soaking in our outdoor hot tub at sunrise, watching the hummingbirds with a hot cup of organic coffee embodies Audobon’s musings. Very few things can top the peacefulness of dawn breaking in such a spectacular setting, other than watching the stunning and breathtaking sunsets.
Spa Services: Enjoy a private relaxing massage by the hot tub overlooking the valley. Our fabulous masseuse is local and only a phone call away. Please inquire about availability and pricing and we will be happy to make these arrangements for you.
Drinks: We offer a variety of cold beverages for sale at Angel Valley BnB. We believe in the honor system, so at the end of your stay we can settle up for whatever you have used from the guest refrigerator.
Espresso and Juice Bar: Espresso’s and cappuccino’s, along with a nice selection of healthy smoothies and shakes can be enjoyed daily at Angel Valley’s New Internet Cafe, Redberry’s. A selection of fresh baked goods daily.
Internet Cafe: Complimentary for our guests, Angel Valley is now offering Wi-Fi for locals looking for a few hours away in a quiet and serene location, and to travelers in need of internet services. Come enjoy a cup of our organic, locally grown house label Redberry Roast at our new internet cafe, Redberry’s. (Opening Winter of 2018)
Guest Refrigerator: We have a separate refrigerator for honor bar drinks and for guest to use.
Airport transfers and transportation services: We can certainly arrange your airport transfer from San Jose (SJO), We work with private transport companies that will make your ride from the airport relaxing. Please contact us for pricing and availability, and we will arrange transportation for you. Your driver will meet you in front of the airport and deliver you directly to Angel Valley. Their prices are competitive with the taxis at the airport and you won’t get better customer service. They can pick you up at your hotel in another part of Costa Rica and bring you here, or take you on to your next destination.
Parking: Free on-site parking.
Free Wireless Internet: There is secure wireless internet is available throughout the B&B as well as a complimentary guest computer in the library.
Laundry: We can do a load of laundry for you at Angel Valley if you have packed light or just want to get your favorite clothes clean. Drop your laundry at the office in the morning and we will have it ready for you by the afternoon or early evening. Cost: $8 per load.
Security: Staff is always on site at Angel Valley BnB, which is located on a private, gated road. The gate is locked in the evening and reopened in the early morning for your security. For your convenience, each guest has a key to the gate to come and go as they choose. We also have security camera’s on the property.
Motorcycle/Bicycle Friendly: Angel Valley B&B is a motorcycle, and bicycle friendly facility. Offering comfortable and safe accommodations to riders traveling short or long distances. We also have tools on site, and trailer to aid stranded riders.
